Watch is good, but does hang and restart sometimes. Had to do a factory reset once within a month.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Traded my galaxy watch 6 44mm for the galaxy watch 7 44mm and I love it from the band to all the new features. I'm very happy I traded my galaxy watch 6 44mm in and probably will do it again.
Extremely poor sleep tracking with huge gaps missing every night. And this still happens while wearing a Galaxy Ring. Both are poor sleep trackers. The watch fails often to auto detect workouts, runs, or walks. I'm moving on to another, better brand of wearables.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The step count is very inaccurate, I walked for over 3 hours and it showed me 6,000 steps, which makes no sense, also the other apps are not so accurate

Hey there Nozi, Thank you for sharing your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. We appreciate your feedback as we improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Your Samsung smart watch automatically tracks the number of steps you've taken while wearing it. There are different factors that can cause the watch's step count to be inaccurate. However, you may need to verify how your steps are being counted by Samsung Health. The accuracy of the watch's step measurement can be affected by the following factors: > Environmental and skin conditions may affect how well the steps are recorded. > Steps are not counted when there is no hand movement in the exercise. For example, steps may not be recorded when pushing a lawn mower or cart because your hands are not moving. The watch is intended to calculate real step counts while walking. > Walk naturally without looking at the watch or your shoulders, elbow and wrist being raised. When you walk looking at the watch, the accelerometer will not properly measure your steps taken, distance traveled, or even calories burned. > The step count may not increase immediately when walking or exercising due to the step count algorithm. When the algorithm detects 10 continuous steps, the algorithm starts to count your steps taken and updates the step count. If you would like to learn more, feel free to check out "Inaccurate steps on your Samsung smart watch" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your step count. Let us know if you would like any further assistance afterward or if you would like any further assistance by contacting Samsung Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra
