Sluggish with out of date OS but still good

The processor is slow having to power the two screens and it is a hassle to keep enough RAM open to run the phone, it also needs Froyo at the least hopefully Gingerbread soon, it is out of date and keeps causing the phone to freeze. Other than that it is a slick interface the camera is outstanding call quality is superb and the screen is brilliant
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, camera
Cons: old os, sluggish processors
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my first smartphone and I am not very saavy with technology but this phone was so simple to set up and operate. I really enjoy the ticker and the ability and easy on downloading apps. I have had this phone for a month and have not experienced any problrms. My husband has a Motorola Droid (very nice phone in its own right) but he wants my phone. I say, "no way, buy your own". I would recommend this phone to anyone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, ease of operation

Not happy with battery life

I charge my battery at night, let it charge completely then unplug. I do not use my phone all day because I am working, when I look at my phone after work, 1:30 in the afternoon, my battery is half gone. I use the kill apps thing, there are all these apps listed that I haven't even used (because I haven't used my phone). by 5:00, my phone is dead. What is up with that ????? I have had the phone for going on 3 weeks, wishing I wouldn't have gotten it. love the features, hate the short battery and the apps coming on when I don't use the phone

Charging Issues

After 3 mos phone won't hold a charge.. Must charge at least daily with VERY MINIMAL use, sometimes twice a day... Purchased a new battery, then a new phone was sent. Thought it was fixed but after 3mos the same problem. Not Happy!!

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

This product is very dissapointing

This phone would be a great phone if it would update to froyo 2.2 then gingerbread 2.3. It is very dissapointing that this phone was promised an update in 2010 and it never happened. I wouldn't ever recommed this phone to anyone because Samsung can't live up to there promise's.
