This product is very poor.

My wife and I have had these phones for a year now and have been very disappointed with it. For one the battery lasted for only about 4 months before I had to charge it every day in order to be able to use it. Most of the time it is not even used throughout the day and it still drains faster that a running faucet. Also when trying to do things on it, i.e. surfing or playing games, it constantly locks up and I have to remove the battery in order to get it to turn back on. I have also contacted customer service about these problems and have received no support. Unfortunately I have a year left with this phone and cannot wait until I can upgrade. I will say that I will not get another Samsung phone again.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poor battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple marvolous. Simply marvelous. I need continuous practice to access just a few of the features I use. Wishing to buy a pouch or cover which is not available yet. I do find by feel, orientating right side up because it the same top and bottom becoming an everyday occurrence. Engineers should have structured with something to indicate when grabbing unit you have right side up. Maybe grooving on the bottom would help. It’s a feel thing when holding unit. Can I enlarge the text alpha chart? Big fingers!! The package costs might become overwhelming which would prevent me from accessing all the features. I made a great choice, my grand kids were impressed.

Great Phone with all the features I wanted! The ticker display is an amazing feature.

This is a good phone, especially if you do not like bulk in your pocket. Very nice screen that can be viewed in sunlight. Pity that Froyo 2.2 has not been released on this phone; this is the only negative I have, but it's an annoying one.

Cons: no froyo 2.2

Everything is great about this phone except it need a way connect to a mac. that is the only thing this is lacking is that connectivity. if it had that It would be perfect make it possible to allow the phone to connect to a mac to exchange data and contacts. thank you
