Aloha Tjmom, Thanks for providing us with detailed feedback regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. We appreciate your constructive input as we improve our product line. If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. Please take a moment to check out, "Samsung smart watch screen is slow, frozen, or not responding" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your touchscreen display. Feel free to reach out to Support afterward if you would like any further assistance with troubleshooting your device. Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra

Aloha Keila, Thank you for taking the time to share your sentiments with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. We value your feedback as we continue to make improvements on the functionality and performance of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Various factors may be impacting your Galaxy Watch7 battery, causing it to drain quickly. A few examples may include background app activity, always-on display, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi usage. Your Galaxy Watch7 can last for several days before needing to be recharged, depending on your settings and how you use your device. If you're experiencing less than expected battery life, please take a moment to check out, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" to learn what factors, if any, that may be impacting your device. You can choose which apps send notifications to your watch and how much information is displayed on your screen. I purchase this for my wife as a replacement for her Garmin whose watch band disintegrated and she had always had problems operating. Since she has a Samsung Galaxy phone I figured it would be an easy switch for her, and I was right. The only currently recognized draw back to this watch is the battery life. My wife's Garmin would last for four days on a charge. The watch 7 is lucky if it gets 2 days. It's very difficult to gauge sleep and movement when you have to constantly take your watch off to charge.
While the watch it does what it supposed to do I find that the battery life is not that great. I had Samsung watch in the past, one of the first ones, about 8 years ago, but the battery lasted longer. You have to make sure you charge it at least once a day. The good think is that charges fairly quick.
