My wife's Galaxy Watch 7 was a truly a life saver. After several days a usage on her CPAP machine. Her Sleep score continually dropped in the 10 days. Even when getting Eight plus hours of sleep her score woundn't exceed over 50 percent. So we got with her sleep therapist and determined her CPAP machine was defective. I couldn't image if she didn't have a watch 7 we may have missed the machine diagnosis problems. I want to personally thank you Samsung for adding Sleep Score to Samsung Health. She has appointment and will be recieving a new CPAP machine soon.
I am a loyal Samsung user and have owned Samsung products from my phone, fridge, tablet, laptop, washer and dryer and watch. I have had each generation of the watch since the first one launched and was looking to get the latest one but the last one has had so many issues with inaccurate readings like step, heart rate and poor battery performance. Of course I am out of warranty but my watch overheated while I was wearing it to sleep and literally burned an imprint into my wrist. NEVER have I ever had this issue with these watches but after that I am scared to put this thing back on and definitely not sleeping with it on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good day SamsungObi, Thanks for providing us with your detailed feedback regarding your experience using your Samsung Galaxy Watch7. Your satisfaction is what motivates us to deliver quality products with superior functionality. As you are aware, Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer Samsung Care+ which is similar to an extended warranty and an insurance package combined. It can provide protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ truly offers you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to protecting your investment. Our partners at UbreakIfix are also available to assist you with any repair needs you may have. Various factors may be impacting your Galaxy Watch7 battery, causing it to drain quickly. A few examples may include background app activity, always-on display, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi usage. Your Galaxy Watch7 can last for several days before needing to be recharged, depending on your settings and how you use your device. If you're experiencing less than expected battery life, please take a moment to check out, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" to learn what factors, if any, that may be impacting your device. Also check out, "Inaccurate steps on your Samsung smart watch," "Monitor your heart rate on your Samsung smart watch," and "Properly wear and clean your Samsung smart watch" to help resolve what you've described. If you would like further assistance afterward, please do not hesitate to reach out to Samsung Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

Aloha Djmute, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. Your constructive feedback allows us to make improvements on our devices. It sounds like you may be experiencing some conflicts with the automatic Sleep Mode or Battery Saver routines on your device. To resolve this, please check your Modes and Routines in the Galaxy Wearable app and turn off "Sync modes" with your phone, ensuring Sleep Mode/Bedtime Mode is not forcing the setting off. The Battery saver mode will also disable this feature. Be sure to restart your device after ensuring that your settings have been changed. Feel free to check out the resources shared below. If you have any questions or if you would like any further assistance afterward, let us know by reaching out to Samsung Support. We're always happy to help! Thanks for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra

I love this watch. I'm still finding new things to do with it. My older s3 watch still works but it was time for an upgrade. The Galaxy 7 was a good choice for me.
