We value your feedback as we continue to make improvements on the functionality and performance of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Various factors may be impacting your Galaxy Watch7 battery, causing it to drain quickly. A few examples may include background app activity, always-on display, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi usage. Your Galaxy Watch7 can last for several days before needing to be recharged, depending on your settings and how you use your device. If you're experiencing less than expected battery life, please take a moment to check out, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" to learn what factors, if any, that may be impacting your device. Aloha Tjmom, Thanks for providing us with detailed feedback regarding your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. We appreciate your constructive input as we improve our product line. If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly. Please take a moment to check out, "Samsung smart watch screen is slow, frozen, or not responding" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your touchscreen display. Feel free to reach out to Support afterward if you would like any further assistance with troubleshooting your device. Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra

I have had many samsung watches, this one constantly over heats. The battery life is garbage unless you turn everything off (wifi, location, Bluetooth).

Thanks for reaching out to share your thoughts on the Galaxy Watch7. We always look forward to hearing from our customers. Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smart watch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Check out the link attached tips to help keep your devices at their normal operating temperature. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. We've also added a link for options to help optimize your watch's battery life. If this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002887/ (overheating) https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003232/ (optimize battery) smsng.us/Samsung- Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Poor battery life is a deal breaker for me.

This watch has to be charged every 24 hours, not exaggerating. How can a person get meaningful tracking when the watch cannot be worn for 1 hour and 45 minutes everyday? To make things even more complicated, you often need to reboot after charging or it won't resume tracking. My daughters Apple watch blows this out of the water. I am now thinking i need to go back to Apple so I can have a good watch.
