I mainly use it for workouts, managing notifications at work, and tracking sleep. Galaxy AI gives me smart suggestions to improve my health and stay on track with my goals. Great for tracking workouts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only does my watch track my workouts which is the main purpose of why I got the watch, but it tracks sleep, heartbeat and has the option to add additional features that is perfect for the gym bro or athlete. I love that it syncs to my phone so if im away from it I can still receive messages! It is also water resistant!

It can measure so much more than the older version. It also helps me see my sleep patterns much better than the older version. I'm so glad I upgraded!
