I had hope but we haven’t had much luck. The temperature switch Is kind of cheap. The sensor that controls the temperature started malfunctioning on us after only 3 uses.

At last the classics waffle iron is back and I couldn't have made a better choice in buying the Cuisinart. it works perfectly, and I haven't had a bad waffle yet, and yes I would recommend it as being the best at a reasonable price. If you want a classic waffle on your plate get a Cuisinart waffle iron.........
