It does a nice job making waffles but is not solid in its construction. The lid wobbles from side to side and the dial to set the cooking time slides practically on its own.

I spent a while researching different waffle makers. I landed upon this one, despite the reviews stating it was difficult to get the temperature right. I decided to go for this one. I wanted a simple waffle maker that i could use on weekends. i've used it 3 times now, and its perfect, my fave temp setting is 3 and it makes great waffles everytime! Highly recommend this product.

Purchased for a handicap-able young adult, new to kitchen/cooking experience. The local will call them "Maple House" Isn't very w/c accessible so making waffles at home was next best thing. Waffle maker Works great easy clean up and nobody got burned, not even the waffle

The Waffle Iron cooks well but it has no on and off switch. Also my particular waffle has problem with the ready light it doesn't go on or off per instruction bookley, when it is time to put batter or when cooking process is completed.
