My old waffle maker (large Belgian style) broke and I was on the hunt for a new one that made thinner waffles where I could adjust the crispy level. I did my research and settled on this waffle maker and I’m very satisfied!! I would give it 5 stars, but it does not seem incredibly durable, but for the couple times (at most) I might use it in a month, it is great!

Does what it's supposed to, make waffles. Easy to use and clean.

The iron is so wobbly, and doesn’t close evenly. It’s as if screws need to be tightened but there’s no way to access them. Very disappointed. Setting dial is cheap plastic, and I doubt it adjusts anything. Cuisanart offered to replace but wanted 10 bucks to do so. That didn’t make sense as iron only cost 30.

I like the fact that it has an indicator when waffles are done.(my previous one did not). However, I did not like that the waffles are very thin compared to my previous maker.
