My only beef is with the instructions. They say the light will go out when the waffle is ready, but that's not right. I just reverted to the 2:30 that the waffle makers use at the complimentary breakfast bars at hotels use. Other than that, it's a fine simple waffle maker. I also like that it has a small footprint on our kitchen counter top. I'm quite satisfied with it.
