I can't find my more expensive waffle maker since a move two years ago. Finally decided to buy one. This one is perfect for the price. It lacks a beeper to tell you when it is preheated or when the waffle is done, so you have to stay close when cooking. And the cord storage could be improved. But those things would add to the price, and so I understand why they are missing. I am happy with this purchase.
