This is an awesome waffle maker. It makes them quickly. I was able to feed 4 people with no waiting. And with the light that comes on when they are done, they come out perfect every time once you determine what numbered setting is right for you.

The waffle maker works well and is compact, lite, easy to use and store. The one drawback is that the gill plates cannot be removed therefore it is not easy to clean. If the plates were removable and reversible to a smooth side it would be perfect!

This compact & affordable waffle maker is a gem. Makes full-sized American style waffles in just a few minutes. Has ability to make lightly done to brown & crispy range with a 1-5 setting. It’s consistent, reliable waffle after waffle. I’m glad I didn’t spend a fortune on an expensive one, this is PERFECT for a family who loves their waffles. The waffles lift out easily, no sticking —though I spray lightly with olive oil before pouring the first one. Haven’t needed to re-spray after that. Wipes clean with a damp paper towel after it cools.
Note: think Eggo or Waffle House— these are not Belgian style, just to clarify.
I have no regrets in choosing this one among many waffle makers out there. It would make a great gift for someone too!
