I am disappointed in the uneveness of baking and the waffles come out more the consistency of pancakes. Don't count on the light to tell you they are done.

Temperature selector is really loose so it is hard to get a consistent temperature. Elements do not heat the grid evenly... Maybe it will get better with more use...

Waffle are thoroughly cooked, but they are thin and without a crunch. The control is loose, thus I am never sure of the exact position. I put it just off the 5 stop so maybe it doesn't matter much. I do an oil wipe before starting the batch. None stick, but I do need to use a fork to get them off.
