I purchased this 2 weeks ago and have been pleased so far. The only disappointment was that the fluffy head that came with this was the old type without the light. This was not what was in the original description, which described it as the laser fluffy head. I have almost entirely hard floors and being able to see grains of dirt would have been helpful. The head is very easy to maneuver and the unit as a whole is well balanced. The only drawback is that the power trigger has no lock, so you have to keep squeezing it while vacuuming. After a while, your finger gets tired. Could have used better instructions about how to set up the wall mount and a longer cord on the power supply so it could more easily reach an outlet. I had to use an extension cord. Wall mount works great to just slide in head and connect to charger in one go. Haven’t used it long enough to comment on battery life. Filter works well, no dust seems to make it through. The dust bin release took a few tries to release smoothly, but now works fine. All in all, this unit works great for me and is so easy to grab and go to vacuum up dirt trekked in on shoes. I can do my whole 1500 sq ft unit on one charge, but only have to do that once a week because the spot vacuuming keeps the floors relatively clean in the interim. Gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because of the lack of light on the fluffy head and lack of trigger lock. Would recommend to anyone needing a powerful, lightweight cordless vac.

Bought this vacuum during Black Friday and retuned a week later because the battery wouldn’t last more than 3 minutes.

I bought this on the black Friday sale and I am very disappointed. The description says it has 40 min run time and it dies after about 10 min of vacuuming. I will be calling to return the product and get a full refund. Not worth the money at all. False advertising at it's finest.

I’m giving this a 3-star rating even though I’m happy with mine. The reason is that at full price, this would be an absolute racket in every way. At the Black Friday price I paid, it’s a nice, useful purchase that I’ll use frequently between using my upright dyson ball that actually sucks the pet hair from the carpet. This one doesn't. The battery life is a joke, as is the case for all cordless vacuums currently. I think of it like a really nice, fun to use broom. Its super light weight and maneuverability is excellent. Think more "i dropped something" or "i need to dust" vs "im going to clean my entire house. Also I feel as if im going to break it each time I empty it, but so far so good???
