We bought this a few weeks ago to replace our old one that was starting to have issues. That one is over 15 years old & is now at the office. This one is great. It has so much more power and the charge lasts a lot longer. So glad we bought this one. And it was on sale so that's even better.
It quit working after 5 weeks. I contact Dyson, it does come with a 2 year warranty. They advise, they will send a shipping label and to send it back to them for diagnosis and repairs. I receive the email confirming my repair and a note I will be receiving the shipping label. NEVER RECEIVE the label. I reach back out, asking for the label, only to be told, they don't take service returns for this "cordless" model and I need to diagnose it with them over the phone. Now mind you, it will not charge, nor hold a charge, it has NO POWER. They refuse to help me. SO I OWN AN EXPENSIVE DYSON THAT DOES NOT WORK.

In a word DISAPPOINTED. I expected so much more from Dyson. I waited a long time to justify spending so much on a stick vacuum. My son had purchased another brand a few months earlier and it worked just as well as the Dyson but at a much cheaper price. Forget about using the max power mode, the battery lasts less than 10 minutes. Will not be purchasing another

Don’t waste your money

Unless you have a vacuum to clean your vacuum don’t waste your money. I have a 30 year old vacuum that cleans better and have to use to clean this vacuum so it will work properly.

My battery will not charge fully. I cannot use it more than 10 minutes without recharging. I’m using it on hardwood floor on low power. Have called and messaged and no one wants to help
