This is my second one of these to purchase. We have one for our main house and one for our guest house. It works great and the battery lasts long enough for me to clean what I need to clean - never had an issue with that. The roller brush doesn’t work on all rug types…just low profile rugs. That would be my only wish, is that I could roll that over any of my rugs…but it’s not a big deal as I mostly use this over my tile floors. Great vacuum for me and cleaning up after my 2 kids and 3 pets!

Overall very satisfied with weight of product, strenght of vaccum and battery. Issues are with design. As an older person it is hard to apply constant pressure on switch to operate. As a short person, the inability to change the lenght of the tube connecting head to attachment decrease maneuverability/control. I used the "help you select right vaccum" aid. As a feature, I chose a light. The aid showed me this model. It does not have a light. I purchased without double checking. It is disappointing that the aid misdirected me

We are thrilled with our new Dyson. I can’t believe it’s even better than our old one. It maneuvers well, the accessories are easy to change as well as helps maneuver in small areas. It has a strong suction, easy to empty, light weight and not super noisy. I think the wall mount could be better. Maybe better stronger longer screws. We use ours everyday and eventually the mount comes loose.

Does not work on rugs at all! Head stops spinning immediately and I have tried all the troubleshooting. Just pushes larger pieces of dirt around and never sucks it up.
