I bought another dyson with the Memorial Day Sale. I rotated my older one to the basement, and the basement one to the garage for the cars. I've purchased several throughout the years and this one is by far the best! It works well (like all Dysons) and has lots of cool attachments. Love it.

Bad battery?

This unit was bought 4/2025 as a gift. The charge does not last to vacuum a small, low pile carpeted room. Tried to use on wood floors on still does not hold a charge. It hangs on the charging unit and used when 3 lights show. I took pictures of on the charger before use and the next picture is when I took it off the charger before using. Battery definitely not holding a charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!
