STOPPED WORKING 2 WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT IT. It just clicks when I pull the trigger. Battery lights say it has full charge. I checked for blockages filters are all brand new.

This vac is not very well thought out . There are 2 major flaws that caused us to keep it for only one week . The first is the battery . It should click out and click in . You should not need to go to the toolbox to replace the battery . Second is that dirt hides deep in carpet . This is where maximum power is needed . On maximum power it pushes so hard that my wife could not even push the power head across the carpet . We replaced the dyson with another premium brand that works as it should .

I really want to love this vacuum but unfortunately did not, its so heavy that it gives me blisters the first time I used it. Love the high suction mode but would only give me 10-15 mins of usage time and battery died.

I bought the vacuum about a month ago and it has not worked. First I was sent a new filter to fix issue. That did not help. Now they are sending me a new motor. I hope this works. Very frustrating for a top of the line vacuum and price.

Researched this compared to other Dyson and non-Dyson products. This one does all I wanted and more. Use it mainly for my wood floors that get dust and dirt from out windy area. Battery works fine. Never had it die on me, I use the normal setting. Also, it's great for keeping furniture clean with all the special attachments. SUPER flexible for stairs and under furniture. Picks up very well from sides and corners on hard floors. With it being battery powered, I can pick it up for a quick clean, esp if someone is coming over.

Nice vacuum but it has a short battery life ,wish it was longer

We have many great Dyson products, but unfortunately this vacuum is not one of them. The suction power is good, but battery life is not the 40 minutes advertised. If you get 15 -20 minutes you are at their limits.
