I got this for Mother’s Day & I absolutely love it! It works AMAZING on carpet & AMAZING on tile/wood floors. I have 2 cats and 1 dog, I needed something that would pick up pet hair & this does the job!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I haven’t had this very long but so far I’m very happy with the Dyson that I purchased.
So far, it’s very easy to charge, Store, move around objects in my rooms and from going from carpet to flat flooring. I also like how easy it is to empty. Using the attachments is a piece of cake I only have one that came with it, but it works perfect with my stairs.
The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because you have to press and hold the button while using the vacuum, which I do like because you can control the power of the battery like that. So that doesn’t have a drain so easily. Although I have bad arthritis in my hands and it’s not easy to squeeze the trigger and push it at the same time for me.

The canister does not empty correctly. It’s like it all falls apart when I try to empty it. My first Dyson did not do this. I also thought I was getting the carpet and the hard surface floor attachments but I only got one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
