I couldn’t wait to own and it really delivered. It has excellent suction and so many different attachment that make it so versatile. But the battery doesn’t last long enough to vacuum clean the whole house

I currently own 3 Dyson Vacs. 2 of them are over 15 years old. I have done some maintenance on them and they are still going strong. The V8 has been a total surprise. Especially with the hard wood beater bar. It is great for cleaning the dusty under bed build up that occurs no matter how clean your house is. It has made life just a little bit easier. Great stick vacuum! 2 speeds and the high speed will pick your throw rugs up; very strong vacuum.

Very happy w my purchase however…. I wish the charge lasted longer. It will go about 20 minutes plus or minus. Also I wish I didn’t have to hold the power button the whole time while in use
