not what I expected. I did not realize that it only worked on hardwood floors. Does not work on carpet. Also battery did not last long enough to do the entire house.

It's the 3rd Dyson we've purchased. Very happy with it and the other 2 we have purchased. They work great, are easy to clean and a great value for the price.
Battery did not last. Returned. Unable to vacuum an entire house in 8-10 minutes.

I bought it a couple of weeks ago and it does OK. It is a real pain to use on throw rugs that have a deeper nap. Smoothly from hard surface to carpeted surface as I would like Emptying it is a bit clumsy as well.
