Brand new and doesn’t work. Fully charged and goes on and off as if it isn’t charged! Need it replaced

I woud have given Dyson a five star, but run time on max is only 20 minutes not 40. For what it does in cleaning I can deal with it. It takes up cat hair like a breeze though and Ican get through whole first level.
I bought cordless Dyson. Suction is great. Battery life on Max suction lasts about 7 min- so vacuum fast. On normal suction battery life lasts over 30 min. Overall I enjoy the convenience of no cord.
I would recommend this to a friend!
