Terrible battery

For the battery to last you need to use it on the low setting, but suction is terrible on it
Also for vacuuming an entire floor in the house you need to do it under two charges
Would not recommend

Battery life is terrible

The battery lasts about 10-15 minutes! Useless!!!!

I got V8 for christmas present. But after using it and then trying to figure how to empty the dirt container. Finally went online to download the user guide, it's ok but prefer my full size Dyson.

I have so far found it not to be as powerful as my other dyson of the same model. I run them both on extended run, and make certain they are fully charged. Very perplexing and frustrating.

I bought this product a month ago and so far I’m not impressed. The Dyson name is known for quality products, making customers stand proudly behind their purchases….so I thought. It’s been underwhelming to say the least having made the investment on a product that doesn’t live up to the Dyson name. I have other Dyson products and love them but this particular vacuum was not worth my money.

Love it!
When my cordless went down for the count I was heartbroken. I loved that thing. It lasted over 10 years! I admit I shopped around and looked at (and purchased) alternative less expensive brands, tried them out, etc...., but returned them all. This process took over two to three weeks and countless hours of my time that I'll never get back. It seemed all roads were leading back to another cordless Dyson.
Do yourself a favor, save some time and just buy the Dyson right away. Don't waste your time (Like I did) with the other less expensive brands. The cordless Dyson is a great product, I highly recommend it to anybody that cares about quality. You can feel confidant in your purchase, and the price.
I also have a traditional Dyson Ball upright for the deeper cleans, but could not live without the cordless. As a single guy, a quick, 5 min daily sweep helps to keep things manageable and from spiraling completely out of control, lol.
I would recommend this to a friend!
