I waited over a year to purchase my Dyson due to the cost. I was very disappointed with the length of the battery and having to hold the power button on at all times I miss that in the small print.

I purchased this dyson v8 October 2024. I have another dyson v8 that I purchased October 2019 which as it aged the charge only lasted about 15 minutes. The new one has been great and lasts as long as I need it - not sure exactly how long but the two lites were still lit when I completed vacuuming. If there are hints on how to maintain the battery life, I would appreciate knowing!

I bought this a month ago . Like the vac but it should have a stay on button. having to hold the trigger all the time is not convienent or easy to do.
