Please install a led light ( like other manufacturers) on future models to illuminate the floor, etc.

Time for a new one.

We had a Dyson "stick" for about ten years. Now the battery wouldn't hold a charge. No problem with the vac itself.
We liked the one we had. Time for a new one.....a V8!
Ergonomics is the topic. Not a large problem. Just this guy, Mr. "Art", is starting to visit us more often at our age. Some of the red buttons and red sliders are hard to work with. Not a huge problem......just Mr. Art and old age are.
We will be buying a crevis tool as one did not come with the V8. Not a product problem.
My spouse and I do like this Stick Vac and recomend it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pull out handle?

I love the machine. I had one before but it was starting to lose suction so I purchased a new one. When I pull the red lever to empty the canister the whole unit pulls out. It has done that several times. My Dyson before did not ever do that. Could I be doing something wrong?
I was shocked the first time and all the dirt fell on the floor and was holding the unit with the red handle in my hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!
