I’ve had my vacuum for a couple weeks now. Great suction, does well on my small amount of carpet and I love that it is cordless. I hung it on the wall adapter which is very convenient. Hope the battery is long lasting on my V8 model. Pick up on pet hair is great!

This is my 3rd Dyson purchase. Excellent product - but battery replacement required approximately every 2 years. I advise NOT charging for at least 10-15 minutes after each use to enhance battery life.

I have been using Dyson vaccum cleaner for several years and I recently purchased Dyson V8 Absolute, this is great vaccum with very good suction but the battery last just a few minutes even after the full charge and I can't even vaccum a room with a single charge. This very disappointing. Otherwise, it nice looking, light weight vaccum with powerful suction.
