Love my Dyson V8. Gets the job done. When not on Max, the battery lasts about 40-45 minutes. Does a great job on carpet and wood flooring. Light weight and easy to use.

Vacuum works pretty good. I don’t like the fact you have to hold the button the entire time to use it. I like that. It is cordless battery dies, ridiculously quick not happy about the price tag. Also, unless you have hardwood floors or very low carpet, doesn’t have section like it’s supposed to it runs like poop
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with it so far, works excellently for my needs. The fact that I don't have to buy supplies constantly for the the Vacuum, referring to the filters. The disassembly is a wonderful perk for cleaning its parts as thoroughly as possible.

The attachments are good and suction is strong. However, the battery life is not very long (especially if you have a pet and need to vacumn a lot!) and not having an on/off switch causes the main piece to quickly become heavy since you have to constantly hold down the power button.
