Great performance but dissapointed in battery life

I give this a 5 on performance but a 2.5 on battery. Love the convenience of grabbing this off the wall to take care of any pet hair or debris on our flooring. It does not however last for 40mins. This is actually the second unit as the first one I brought home from the store, charged for 5hrs, and it had no power, no lights, nothing. Returned it to the store to exchange with our current one. Dissapointed in the battery performance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have owned a V11 outsize for years and am very happy with it. We bought the V8 specifically for the room where we keep our cat's litter boxes for quick vacuum cleanups of the tile floor. This vacuum has a small head and is not ideal for vacuuming 2,000 sq ft but for a small apartment or small rooms in a big house the compactness is an asset. It comes with the usual attachments and has decent enough battery life.
My one recommendation is buy another set of filters if you are going to use this every day. Once washed they take a couple of days to dry out but they really do trap the dust which is important when vacuuming around litter boxes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It nice a nice vacuum but for the money I wish i didn't have to hold the bottom the whole time while vacuuming.

Bought this vacuum a couple weeks ago. Never thought I would use it for so many things. The attachments are super easy to disconnect and reconnect. It has been great for vacuuming up kitty litter, and the hairs around the sink after shaving. Also super impressed with the amount of pet hair it collects. We also have a Dyson ball animal 3 and our house has never been cleaner. I’ve also been using it to clean ceiling fans.
