I get 27 minutes of low vacuuming on this battery and it takes up to 5/6 hours to fully recharge. I would like to return it

Poor Suction

The suction is miniscule. I have had an upright Dyson and it was good. The V8 is weak. I really did expect more air movement. NOT WORTH the price they charge.

GREAT VACCUM, sore fingers

We’ve had it a little over a month and really love this vacuum, but buyer beware you have to hold down the button to make it vacuum, there is no way to lock the button in place. If you have really strong fingers then this would be a 5 star review for you, but I can’t vacuum my entire house without taking finger breaks…. And at this price point if feel like I shouldn’t need finger breaks
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery dies too fast

The sucking energy is great! When it works, it is truly a great vacuum. The problem is how fast the batter dies. It’s supposed to last 45 minutes, I’m lucky if it lasts me 10. I keep it charging as per the instructions, but it doesn’t help it at all. Not very happy with it. I wish the battery was better.

I just purchased my Dyson…fully charged the battery and hung it up on the charger…used it for the 1st time, got 10 minutes of suck out of the battery and then it died…what gives…

Waste of money!

This is a nice handy vacuum, but the battery is just terrible. I can’t even use for 20 mins and it’s dead. Don’t like the fact that handle is so close to battery. Also, it’s not convenient to hold ON button the whole time. Unfortunately, I requested replacement, and if I have the same problem with new vacuum, I will just return it. It’s too expensive to have all these problems.
