I am extremely satisfied with my Dyson cordless stick vacuum. I have back issues and using a conventional vacuum aggravates my back immediately. This is avoided with the lightweight advantage of this vacuum plus there is no cord to fight with. It is also on the quieter side and my cats don’t leave unless I come very close. I really love the hardwood floor attachment. No dust mop to shake or pick up after. The attachment is soft and picks up all the dust that loves hardwood floors. That alone was worth choosing this vacuum. So glad I chose this model.

Seriously!! I literally have had the Vac 11 days and you want me to review it for you?? Ok...it came all intact...no damaged parts. Everything went together as per setup intructions. It does produce suction when the trigger is depressed...as advertised. It is light weight. During installation of the wall mount one of the plastic screw anchors snapped off requiring me to remove both and remeasure to install the hanger with two of my metal screw anchors. I have used the vacuum one time so don't feel qualified to give a valid review of its capabilities...email me again in 6 months to ask if I like it then. Oh yes I did empty the dust bin and it opened and emptied flawlessly directly into the trash!!

Cant vacuum long. Battery keeps dying when I charged never fully charged just shuts off

I received this for Christmas. It is great tool for laminate and slate flooring. The battery life is less than expected but overall I like it a lot and would recommend it to others.

This is my third Dyson vacuum, but unfortunately I did not realize that the battery life is only about 20 minutes. Because of this, I regret investing in this model. My previous Dyson vacuums lasted at least 30 to 45 minutes, which gave me enough time to vacuum an entire floor.
With this one, I can only vacuum the kitchen and TV room before the battery runs out. That is very disappointing, and I am not happy with this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The vacuum came in pieces with no instructions and no diagram to follow, utterly ridiculous. The web site and video recommended were totally unhelpful. Yes, I was eventually able to figure it out, but considering the price of the product, I expected more.

This is my 2nd. Tyson Vacuum. The first one was great. This vacuum did not fit into the charging dock.
