I purchased this recently and am very pleased. I have a full size dyson, but this is so convenient for hardwood floors, vacuuming the car and small areas.

Bought my vacuum on November 28, 2025 it ran for 5 minutes and quit. I have been in contact with Dyson, first they sent a charger cord. Still don’t work. I wanted a refund and they refused now waiting on a battery. Don’t waste your money, not worth it. Spend your money on a different that works.

It's a good vacuum, but i had selected the free furniture attachments at check out, I'm wondering if they'll ever come in?

ONE MATTER OF CONCERN IS THE VACUMN CANISTER. THE DUST CONTAINER IS DIFFICULT TO REMOVE MAKING THAT PORTION OF THE DEVICE. THIS PARTICULAR MODEL IS UNLIKE THE USER FRIENDLY MANNER IN WHICH THE CANISTER CAN BE EMPTIED. THIS FACTOR HAS CAUSED MY SPOUSE NOT TO FULLY UTILIZE AS SHE HAS OTHER DYSON DEVICES THAT WE HAVE IN THE HOME. OTHERWISE THE PERFORMANCE MEETS FULL EXPECTATION.

I bought this a month ago and absolutely love this vacuum. It sucks up all the dirt and dog hair in my rugs carpet and bare floors effortlessly. It is quiet and easy to maneuver especially with no cord to contend with.

I love the V8 Absolute! It's easy to maneuver and lightweight so it doesn't hurt my hand. It worked very well on our carpeted stairs and it isn't noisy so it doesn't seem top scare my cats. Can't wait to try using it on my couch and chairs. So far I've had no problems with the life of the battery. Have been wanting a second vacuum to use on the 2nd floor and now I am thinking we may need another one. Best Christmas present to myself EVER!
