I have never tried Dyson vaccums before and I am happy with my purchase. The attachments are very useful around different parts of the house, it is potent and does a thorough cleaning job. Will be probably getting more Dyson products.
The main hand-held part is much heavier than I expected. I’m still learning about this dyson’s features, but parts don’t seem to “click” as easily as the illustrations promise. I’ll write more later when I’ve spent more time on the instructions.

The vacuum didn't work out of the box. They have said they will send a replacement battery. Not sure I should have made this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
