Actual and honest user review. I got the Dyson V8 Absolute a few weeks ago. Ordered it for my mom because she has two long-haired kittens. It's amazing! Their hair is no problem! It comes with awesome attachments also. I love that it can go under couches, etc. I definitely recommend it.

This vacuum is the greatest since sliced bread. No cord. Attachments and main head snap in effortlessly. Hung the charge rack on a wall about 7" wide. Hidden from view. Take off main head, hang up motor/pole and 2 attachment effortlessly. Well engineered, dumping the dust bin is a no brainer over the garbage can, then bottom of bin snaps shut. Filtration is great, and getting lots of left in dust from my dinosaur corded Kenmore vac with 4 wheels. No cord. No cord. Buy one while on sale!

This is our second Dyson V8 unit. I am so very happy that Dyson continues to make this model as everything from our original unit interchanges with the new one We did replace the battery in our first unit as it lasted about 10 years, which is why we had no reservations about buying a second one Dyson has the most reliable units and their suction is the top echelon of vacuums I recommend this with five stars of rating
