My son bought me this because my other Dyson stopped working, he called Dyson support and for help Fixing it and had to buy a new part,the part came in and it still did not work. I did love my old Dyson V7 but this V8 is incredible, not many people get excited about vaccumes but that is because they have never used a Dyson. I love the extended charged time I have with this version and it does a great job on dog hair! It’s a must for me! While I hoped we could have fixed my old one ,I am super happy with this new one, thank you for reaching out!

Just got it last week. Have used it several times. It definitely outshines our 10-year old Dyson that required rotor cleaning after every use. We still have it the 10 yo, just not using it often.

I am so happy, that I bought this vacuum. It’s always charged. It’s easy to empty, and no cords to trip over. I’m 70 years old and that means a lot, when you have gait issues.

I purchased this for my home to be used primarily on the first floor hardwood floors and linoleum floors. I found it to be so handy, I purchased a second one to be used on the second floor bedrooms and baths. I then purchased a third for the flooring in my basement. It is easy to use, efficient and easy to empty.
