I bought my second Dyson about a month ago, and LOVE it!!!! When I moved I had to leave my first one behind. I love that it’s lightweight so it makes is it so much easier. I also have steps, so the attachments are perfect to keep the steps clean and the pile of the carpet standing up and not smashed down.
I purchased this item because I had surgery and need to keep the weight off my right foot for six to eight weeks. We have 5 dogs and wanted to try and be somewhat helpful within my limitations. The unit is amazingly light and can easily be operated with one hand while limping along on one foot while the other is resting on a knee scooter. The suction is amazing but, yes there are two major buts, on full power the battery is dead after 15 minutes. We have mostly tile in the home and while the dog hair gets sucked up, the hair clumps right where the dirt/debris/hair leaves the tube and enters the canister. Bockage happens every few minutes. Bockage is less if unit is used on high power mode. In short, I have to choose between shorter battery and strong suction/less blockage or longer battery life and blockage every few minutes. The tube should have been attached at the bottom of the canister where there is more room for the debris to enter the canister. Would I buy the unit again? Since I am handicapped for another two months, I have no choice as this is the only thing I can manage as a contribution to keeping house; if I were not rehabing, I would have not purchased this unit and used my more powerful Dyson. In short, because I am temporarily limited I am glad to have it even if get frustrated.

Love love love my new Dyson, it’s sooooooo LITE, Pick up every thing, gets where my larger Dyson can’t. AND allergy season it’s a Godsend!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
This is my third Dyson over a period of years. I do love the easiness of a cordless and the lightness of this product. I have only used it about three times and I'm having abit of a problem closing it after I empty it out. The handle that you pull up and back down is not moving smoothly like past Dysons I've owned. I hope it doesn't break.
Is my Dyson a pet one V8 I love the The Easy lightweight motion when using this vacuum and I liked the batteries longer than the last one I had I just love the product
I have had this for a few weeks now. I bought it to replace my Dyson that I have had for many many years. The updated vacuum is so much better. I resisted getting a new one since the old one was working well. I finally decided to update when there was a special sale. I am glad I decided to update. I’m enjoying the better quality and cleaning.
