I bought this and V12 so I returned V8 but V8 was missing during UPS return. When will I receive refund?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only had my Dyson a few weeks, thus the four stars vs 5. So far, because this is my first cordless vacuum, I have to say it's a game changer. I tend to vacuum more rooms in my house once I have it in my hand. Also, the fact it can vacuum under my living room furniture is a huge plus. The most difficult decision to make is where to install the charging station. I want it convenient, yet out of sight. My daughter has this Dyson, so I was familiar with it before ordering for myself. This Dyson is even lightweight enough for a toddler to "help" vacuum. So far, I am happy with my purchase.
One of the best purchases I have made in a while! So convenient to grab quickly, with no cords to trip over or need to plug and unplug. The suction is sufficient and I like having the additional power button available, although thus far I haven't needed to engage it, yet. And when I need to vacuum a specific room, I always vacuum to that room and then also on the return trip, because why not? I am impressed with the runtime, filtration system and ease of dumping the dirt. Well thought out machine! I'm loving it!
