Brand new unit arrived on 1/4/25. Was super excited to use this unit but of course the battery wouldn’t charge. Had to do some troubleshooting through text and they determined the charger was faulty. So that’s another week and a half of waiting (since they didn’t overnight it) to see if hopefully that is the issue. I guess time will tell. For as expensive as these things are, it’s a shame we haven’t even been able to use it once, and it’s brand new. Not pleased so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought a month ago, little heavier then my last one but the power it has makes up for it. Emptying the waste is dumb, it’s somewhat confusing and makes a mess if not paying attention
I love the lightness when moving around the room. I have had Dyson's that were heavy and hard to maneuver. I don't like how much time it takes to charge but everything else about it is very good.
This is my second dyson but this new one is not as smooth with the emptying container.. A little disappointed.

I bought this vacuum, and I couldn't be happier!! Love, love, love it! My friend and granddaughter both tried it out and loved it also. After they tried it out, I got all my floors and fans done by them!! I welcomed them to come back again and use it, and suggested they can also do my floorboards! What a laugh I got!! My friend said after she buys her Dyson, I can come over to her house and try her Dyson! Try it everyone!!!
I bought this vacuum a month ago and I have been very pleased with its performance. I love that it stays in the charger all the time so you have a full charge every time you started cleaning job. The two speeds enable it to work for tile or carpet.
