My mum sweeps the house everyday and was shocked to see how much dirt the Dyson picked up after she had swept. The only flaw is that there is no lever or button to keep the vacuum engaged so she has to keep squeezing the lever which hurts her hand. For the price I would have expected a better design.
I got this as a Christmas present and I don’t think I’ve vacuumed more in my entire life. It makes it fun. The only thing I would’ve done differently is get the v12 because it has the light. But with good lighting in your house you can see everything.
Got for a Christmas gift and I love it. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because even though I vacuumed every other day, it has clogged up 1 time. Mind you I have 4 cats that shed. I just thought that if they were marketing to people with pets it should not have clogged so easily.
I did not like this machine. It was plastic and loud. Not sure if I got a refurbished or something but it was unacceptable. Spent 3 hours on hold trying to get a return label. LOVE Dyson but not this machine. Have had a few with no issues.
