Powerful suction, run time as advertised, the only downside is emptying the can frequently and having to hold the button down continuously to have it run. Sounds trivial but is actually kind of annoying.

Replaced my three year old V 10 animal with this Dyson V8. There’s no comparison between the two. The VA lacks the power of the V 10 and only has two speed settings. In order to be effective you have to use it on the high setting, which burns out the battery faster.
