It’s okay, not thrilled. We bought for the wood floor attachment and it picks up small things etc but if you hair any pet hair it does not pick that up. I end up having to unclog all the dog hair and scrape off. Pretty ridiculous and disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my new V8 Absolute!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much I love my new Dyson V8 Absolute! It is so sleek and easy to assemble and swap out attachments. When operating, the machine was much quieter than any vacuum I have ever owned. As with all of my past Dyson vacuums, the suction was absolutely incredible. I would say it was even more effective at picking up dirt and dog hair than my larger Dyson ball vacuum. I was also very impressed with the hair screw attachment. It picked up so much grime from my couch that I never even saw or realized was there. The only feature I wish the vacuum had is an activation button that would stay depressed to make it a bit easier to hold while using. Overall, I feel that this is a 6-star vacuum. This machine will give any vacuum a run for its money!

Love it! As a mom of 3 little kids, this thing has become my best friend. It’s so light weight, easy to manage, and even my kids use it. The battery life could be a bit longer, but for pulling it out quickly just to clean up the kitchen and eating areas, it is perfect!
