I love this vac. I just wish I could purchase additional accessories as it only came with two. I have to use my Dyson cannister vac in addition to this one. I have 4 cats and am constantly vacuuming as I am a clean freak. Charges fast and has a long enough charge to get things clean before the charge runs out. Please make more accessories!

Today was the first time using the hardwood floor attachment - it worked fine. Switched over to the carpet attachment and it jammed. Most likely on a piece of rock salt the size of pepper corn. Disassembled but saw no obstruction. Reassembled still jammed.
