I have been in Florida for awhile so I have only used my new Dyson V8 twice. I love it. It's so light and easy to use. I had a problem opening the canister that holds the dirt, but after talking with a tech we finally got it open. It was really stuck and I had to try numerous times, but it's working fine now.

We have and love several Dyson products and we extra-love this one. Plus it’s a work of beautiful art. Our only disappointments that are available on less expensive vacuums are the headlights on the vacuum head and the ability to stand up by itself when not in use.

Bought this one to replace one I had for 11 years. This one is heavier and noisier. I find to empty it is not as easy as my former one.

I absolutely love this vacuum. It is so light weight and gets the dirt up where I couldn't reach before. My dogs shed a lot and it even picks it up on the littlier throw rugs and no tangling.

I find it difficult to remove the bin from my Dyson v8 absolute vacuum cleaner to clean it. It is not clear from the user manual. Do you have a video showing the bin removal, cleaning and putting it back?
