I love the weight of my Dyson.
1 thing I don’t like is the charged battery life. Not good in normal mode; MAX battery life is even worse. Charge time for battery is very long.
Overall, I’d buy another Dyson.

I bought Dyson 8 and when I received it, the charger didn't work so they replaced new charger. Got the new charger, still wouldn't charge so say it's now the battery so are sending a new battery. Not happy because been without vacuum for 2 weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely LOVE my Dyson V8 Absolute! I had a Kirby for 30 years, and though it was a good machine, I'm can't handle its weight at my age. The Dyson is lightweight, maneuverable, and has great suction.

By this I mean that it is a good machine. It works quite well. Beautifully designed. Light weight. Good suction. Cordless makes a world of difference. I just wish the battery charge lasted longer. It can be annoying when you run out of juice before the task is done.
