We're enjoying our V8 Absolute, we tested every tool & works efficiently in both standard & maximum strength settings. Our dogs the hair tool works effectively & the best part is cordless. Once we're done using we just put it back in the charging cradle get it ready for the next use. Price point is considerable. Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants a clean & free of dog hair home.

I am giving 4 stars because of 3 things: 1- it doesn’t just turn on and stay on, having to hold the power button in the entire time I’m using is a nuisance with arthritis. 2- I have trouble opening the canister to empty.
3- The battery doesn’t seem to stay charged long enough (in low setting).
I do love the suction, and the ease of changing attachments though.

Exactly as described—light weight and cleans well. I have enough battery power for my floors. Only 11 minutes of battery life when it’s on max power. Wish it was longer but can make that work.

I am still getting used to this machine, so far so good. The attachment which I have used the most is the one for hardwood floors. It really does a great job! One feature I wish it had is the ability to stay powered on without having to continuously squeeze the trigger.
