Dyson V8 is so light! And versatile. The extension hose attaches and detaches very easily, so we can vacuum the car, too, very nicely. Emptying the trash out of the canister is very simple: Lift the lever, the machine part lifts out, a door pops open on the bottom, and trash falls out. No shaking or reaching my hand in to pull out trash - it just falls right down. Easy to use - and easy on my back. Really like this vacuum.

bought these for my salon business, no more sweeping up hair, works great. I tried 4 other type of vacuums, they all broke .I have 1 cordless and 1 ball type at my home and 1 cordless in the camper. This is the only vacuum I will ever own.

Vacuum has great suction. Seems like I'm emptying the dust bin frequently, but then, again, I'm doing major deep cleaning. Charged it twice since first using it- about 2 weeks. Sturdy. Not too heavy. So far, I m pleased!
