I purchased it 2weeks ago and the battery use time is poor quality. The packaging states 40 minutes of battery operation. On max power it dies after 10 minutes if I use minimum power it lasts between 15 to 2o minutes 1/2 of the time advertised on the box.

WHAT HAPPENED DYSON?

I bought a new model, which is supposed to be better (and it's more expensive) than my last one and this one barely holds a charge one hour. I can't help but wonder if they sent me a lemon because I got it on sale for the Black Friday sale. And now I have to send it back and have no vacuum for a while. and have to send everything back. even the "free" attachments. So disappointing.

Brand new and doesn’t work at all

I revieved this machine on 12/2/25 and it has yet to even turn on they’ve sent me a new charger and now there is a new battery being sent to me so 2 weeks in and I haven’t been able to use it yet. Not a great first experience with Dyson

Does a decent job

Pros: good suction, easy to use, reliable battery. Cons: I’m not a fan of the ball for smooth maneuvering-my old off-brand vac with two wheels was easier to handle, also I wish you didn’t have to hold down the trigger the whole time-it would be nice if it stayed on. Doesn’t pick up anything the size of a cheeerio unless I lift the vacuum onto it-frontal suction would make it a better product. Also wish there was a “headlight” on it to see better in dark corners/under furniture.

Good suction

Great suction. For the price of this vaccum I would suggest a light on the vaccum and not having to keep your finger on the trigger. I cant figure out what Dyson was thinking on the trigger. I would not purchase another unless these things were changed

It picks up but I can’t open to empty it. I had my husband help me and the dirt went everywhere. My older Dyson empties so easy and no mess. Definitely don’t like this model for that reason.
