I love all Dyson products and this vacuum is great but the handle has a part or design flaw that irritates the part of my hand where the top of my thumb is.

This is certainly an upgrade from my V6. I like the canister cleaning method much better, and the easy switch to higher power. The battery charging indicator is also a plus. I was disappointed that a couple of the more useful tools were not included such as the wand with the brush on the end as I noticed that they were included with the newly advertised V10.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The battery doesn’t last more than 10 minutes which is very frustrating. Only vacuuming hard wood floors and small throw carpets. Not sure if it’s defective
