The battery lasted for 19 minutes after charging it for two days. We thought at first it just needed to be charged longer but it only lasted 19 minutes after charging. So we returned it.

Difficulties

Several issues for me:
1. Suction on lower power is inadequate
2. Difficult to separate components in order to clean cannister and filter
3. My fingers "naturally" rest on the power on, so that it requires a less natural grip for me to hold the vacuum without it running
4.It most likely is a matter of my expectations, but this vacuum cleaner is not all that much better than the cheaper not-Dyson models I have tried.
Pros: light weight, cmponents are easy to clean once apart

Had a Dyson V8 for 7years and loved it. Got new V8. and my wife ask me if I still loved her because the vacuum was terrible!! Short vacuum time on boost and terrible pick up dirt on regular. I am attempting to see if it can be returned without box. I wouldn’t have thrown box away because I can’t believe Dyson would sell such a product

Absolute vacuum

I have had this for about a month. It’s a little top heavy to have to keep the trigger pressed in. I thought with it being so top heavy that it had a bigger battery, but I was wrong. It has 2 power switches max speed lasts 7 mins and 2nd speed lasts about 30 mins. Disappointed
