I am finding it very helpful with things like hardwood floors, stairs and furniture. Also nice to be able to get under furniture, places my Dyson ball won’t reach. Hand held feature good as well. I have a large house so I wish the battery lasted longer and didn’t take so long to recharge. I am older and having to continuously hold the power trigger does cause pain and cramping in my hand. I was able to fix this issue by ordering a trigger locking device I saw online. Seems other people have a problem with this feature as well.

I bought this a month ago. I was looking for a vacuum that was cordless, light weight and good picking up dog hair. It was exactly what I was looking for! I use it several times a week. I am able to navigate on several floors with no issue. It has good suction. It empties completely into the trash with the press of a button. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I'll never use my canister vac again. Effortless cleaning. Only negative is I find holding the switch presses on the top of my hand and is uncomfortable.

I used v7 for 5 years, and it is still going strong. The new v8 is a great upgrade and it still shares the same charger and attachment. It's really nice to have a unit that is compatible with an older version. We are keeping v7 too.
